CISPI is a non-governmental organization operating in Nigeria and committed to protecting personal information in accordance with applicable laws including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
We may collect names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, photographs, donation records, volunteer information, participant information, and website usage data.
Information is used to administer programs, process donations, communicate updates, monitor projects, and comply with legal obligations.
Information may be shared with regulators, donors, service providers, and partner organizations where necessary. CISPI does not sell personal information.
Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are implemented to protect information.
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill organizational and legal obligations.
Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent where permitted by law.
Special safeguards apply when working with children and vulnerable persons.
CISPI may update this policy from time to time.
